Hi All,
Thought I'd put this up here as there is a wealth of knowledge, but still think it'll be hard to find someone. You don't know if you don't ask though.
I'm looking for an apprentice brewer or brewery assistant. Casual position at first which may lead to an apprenticeship for the right candidate. Our brewery is 20HL and demand is outgrowing the two man operation. We have an associated Taphouse (separate physical locations) and the right person would be expected to work in the Taphouse also.
Great to see the whole process from grain to glass in the commercial world.

Essentials:
Excellent attention to detail
Physically fit (lifting required)
Technically minded
Understand the need for uncompromising cleanliness in a brewery
No shortcuts attitude - There's a LOT of cleaning!
Drivers licence
NSW RSA or ability to obtain
Weekend availability
