I'd read about using a syringe to create a lovely creamy head on an ale and thought I'd give it a go. I obtained a 3ml syringe from the chemist, poured a non-carbonated ale, drew up some fluid, shot it back into the beer, repeated several times and marvelled at the results.
(I may never prime another bottle ;-)
