My wife bought me a plaato airlock for my birthday, i was wondering if anyone here has used one. I ferment in a plastic coopers fermenter and have problems with how airtight it is in the first place and can't see this very expensive piece of kit working.

I dont use one but I would think the coopers fermenter is not really the best one for it. It doesnt use an airlock normally. The fermzillas and fermenter kings are pretty cheap though and I would imagine work very well with it

I second going a pressure fermenter and using it non pressurised.

Also, Brewfather will link directly with Plaato, giving you the most out of it! Cool bit of kit!
