Guys, I've got a Munich Helles fermenting away which I will rack for ageing probably this weekend. I'm pretty sure it'll be around it's last couple of gravity points by the weekend anyway.
However I won't be brewing this weekend, and I want to pitch my next brew on to this delicately grown yeast cake. The problem is the next brew will be one or two weekends away. What's the best tactic here?
Retreive and wash the yeast and store in a sanitised flask until ready to use in a week or two?
Simply leave the yeast cake in the empty fermenter in the fridge until ready to use?
