Did a Grumpys XXXX bitter some time back , racked and CC , now as I had a homebrew night in a months time I bottled 6 KB's.
The rest went into a keg , little more head space than usual of course , gased it up and purged the keg.
Now took the bottles along to the home brew night and they were great !
Cracked the keg today , week later , and it's got a sour taste. :angry:
I am not use to this , I suppose it is drinkable but not up to my standards by a long shot , tipped it out ! <_<
Must be an infection ?
I do be very clean , use one shot.
What a bummer ! Still cracked a partial mash instead , yummy
