Anybody tried brewing with pineapple? Or can direct me to a hop/yeast strain that could give me that pineapple Flavour?
Its to pump up the so called mangrove jacks blonde lager kit (more so ale) that comes with the starter brewery box

Just tip in a couple of bottles of flat Pasiona the day before bottling. Check that your FG is OK.

That would also increase abv, have you tried this before using soda?

I once put Creaming Soda in a batch. It worked well enough. It would have increased the abv but not by a great deal. If your FG is stable it will be ok to bottle.

You can get a coles brand pineapple soda but even that dont taste like pineapple

Idaho 7 + Nelson Sauvin will give you that, particularly when heavy on the Nelson (Flame out and dry hop). Hop amounts almost NEIPA quantities. (Yeast US05)

Note. When fresh you'll get pineapple, but as the pungency deteriorates it becomes more Sauvignon (from my personal experience anyway).

You could try this, but you will have to go by trial and error starting off small.
