Finally got a chance to put down a new brew - and just need some help working out what to do with hops.

Got a tin of Coopers Amber Ale + 500grm of LDM as a base. I've got 50grm of Cascade and 50grm amarillo to add to it

My plan for the brew at the moment is:
Add half the Amber Ale tin + 500grm LDM to 5ltrs of boiling water and let it go for 20min
20min in add 25grm of Cascade
40min in add 25grm Amarillo

Dump the wort into my fermenter with the rest of the amber ale goo. Top off to 23ltrs and wait for pitch temp to be right (got Morgans American style yeast to go with it)

Dump into my temp controlled fridge and brew at ~18deg.

Then on Day 4/Day 5 dry hop with the additional 25grm of each hop.

Dont know what your problem is, sounds pretty good. If you have 2 kegs, may be dry hop one and dont the other. Thats fun to drink.

Just wanted to make sure i was on the right track - don't get a lot of time to brew at the moment so don't want to waste the opportunity!

And no kegs here - just bottles :(
