Hi guys,

Looking at brewing a Pilsner. Does anybody have any outstanding recommendations for recipes?

Would love to hear them! :)

Thanks in advance.

97% pils, 3% melanoidin, Helga at 60 and a touch at flameout, any of the 3 wyeast czech pils strains.

1048 oh, 10 degree ferment, diacetyl rest.

grain bill as stakka, Iwould boil for 90min and for a Boh pils use Saaz to 40IBU, yeast WLP800 or Saflager W-34/70, pitch cool 7C, ferment 10-12C, pitch big (this is the most important)

Good luck
