Physical store vs. online store

Physical store vs. online store Christmas shopping.

Both are running specials for the holidays.

I would go for the first. Do you have any thoughts?

I hate xmas shopping but it depends what it is im shopping for, physical is usually preferable.

I prefer physical, but have and will again use online as needed.
Sacks of malt are obviously physical, specialty yeasts etc I will get online from Brewman.

I like a physical shop as I can take my time look at things I'm considering buying (particularly if it is something I've not used/had before).

Having said that, if it is a replacement or something that is harder to come by in an actual shop, I'm happy to buy online.

I like to shop in-store to help support my local HBS. It's also a great chance to pick their brains and get new ideas

My nearest decent HBS is basically a 70k round trip through some of Greater Western Sydney's finest aneurysm inducing traffic.
Costs 12 buck delivered to my door. Still supporting the business. Makes zero difference to the business owner unless you're a sucker for an impulse buy I guess.
Who couldn't use a spare hydrometer??
No brainer for me.
