Pear Cider

Hi guys

Im chasing a recipe for a nice pear cider. Ive made a few apple ciders but they finish a tad dry for my liking. Chasing something that will have to finish like a strongbow pear cider. Not necessarily flavour but sweetness.

Swewt cider if u bottle is damn hard. Reasons are in the threafs. Im fairly sire someone in the last week asked about strongbow pear cider.

I am currently making a pear cider, I did it in a similar way to how I make apple cider. I have just started it so I don't know how it tastes - but I know that there is a lot of activity in there! So that is a good sign, I will let you know when it is done how it comes out
