Is PBW safe to use on rubber? I have had my front loading washing machine in storage for the past 2 years and as people may know front loaders are prone to mold around the rubber seal, well over the last 2 years I have got a fair moldout break.

Any one know if PBW is safe to use or other other suggestions. Products like exit mold will not budge it.

Hmmm i can't see a problem with it over short periods. Though, honestly.... if it is nasty and exit mold wont budge it... just get a new seal online and be done with it.

Mold is nasty.

get chlorine, not household bleech, but pool chlorine, dilute it a little, add some dish detergent (it makes it stick and not just run off) and it should come off. May have to apply more than once, but it will work.

Cheers
