I have some problems with the creamer taps leaking sometimes. I checked into replacing the handle lever to eliminate the creamer function. The parts are interchangeable, but Perlick charges a fortune to ship overseas, and according to their website they don't ship to Oz.
I have friends in the US that will re-ship for me so the cost will be minimal. The part required cost $3.48 each, and if over 25 pieces than $3.18. I was planning to buy replacement O rings and the Coupling gasket as spares. The set comes to just over $4.
Have a look at the picture, it is what I am basing this on.
If any interest let me know and we will start a list.
