I filled a keg the other day and found that after I had quite a bit of Ice in my secondary container.
Left the keg to carb up and now realise that I have made more of a beer concentrate so flavour is a bit harsher than I expected.
Oops. I poured a bit of water in to bring it back but I fear I have created beer cordial. Its just not right....... :blink: .....
