Hi guys,,

Just going to give this a try and it looks good on beer tools and promash but just thought I'd post it for a second opinion. I've done partials before but not this amount..its a belgian wit

2kg Wheat malt
2kg Dry light malt extract
36g of Hallertau 45min
12g of Hallertau 10min
Coriander and orange peel
22L total

Steep grain for 30min @68C in 8L H20 and wash with 3L of 75C.
Boil 60min. I'll steep using a grain bag...Will it be OK to steep that amount of wheat in a bag?

Any advice would be great..
