hi guys. I’ve just put my 3rd brew in the fermenter, just another extract , kit, w/e.

Anyways I was a bit distracted with kids and accidentally filled the fermenter up to 25 litres when 23 is recommended.

So thought I would ask before I pitch yeast . What should I do if anything?
Should I remove 2 litres or just go with the amount I’ve got?

Thanks in advance.

Just pitch the yeast, you'll have two litres more finished product, with slightly less ABV.

RDWHAHB.

While I’m here I’m wondering if anyone has had issues putting carb drops in 330ml bottles at all?
Given they are 40ml less than the recommendation of 375ml , just wondering if they over prime and explode or do they do ok?

I bottled a few today because I got them cheap but I’m separating them for conditioning just in case.

They do fine. The beer I buy comes in 330ml bottles so I dont have any 375's.

I always bulk primed when I bottled. 330 are a good size, sure its more bottles to clean ect but I found that they were perfect for pouring into schooners and would fit upright on shelves in my fridge
