In a hurry this morning to get some beer fermenting in my new fermenting fridge, I was meant to grab a bottle from my yeast archive of San Diego Super Yeast, and picked up the bottle of 2042 Dutch Lager  To make it worse when I sampled some beer from ontop of the yeast to verify it's not infected, I thought mmm that smells like a fart/sulfur. Should have clicked straight away it was a lager strain.

My first attempt at the Epic Pale Ale too, the three bad boys on the bottom shelf are all EPA. Even the Rogers on the top shelf got the 2042...

Could have been worse, at least the 2042 isn't that bad for a hoppy beer. I'm just not sure how the amber will come out.
