Ok here's the bloody recipe but it's not mine it's screwies and it's a great one. Thank Screwy for it via PM please if you use it!

88% Galaxy Malt
4 % Wheat Malt
8% table sugar in last 10 min of the boil

30 IBU of Cluster 60 Min

Protien rest 52 for 15 min
Sacc Rest 65 for 70 min

15g S-189 yeast

But yes Radelaide is generally quiet, and thats the way I like it!
