Hi folks, just thought i'd mention I racked and bottled my cider this weekend, came out a beautiful amber colour, is about 7% alcohol, and has a rich apple flavour with a strong mead overtone. It has a slight acidic after taste as traditional scrumpy should. If anyone wants the recipe feel free to message me.

And now the best part, eating the fermented fruit that died for my cider with some icecream.

At the same time i also bottled an experiment I did at the same time.
A Bavarian Lager K + K i did with 2kg of malt/dextrose mix that were originally intended for ales. This also came out at 7% which surprised me for a lager. Now i wonder if it will taste any good in a few weeks out of the bottle.

Skaal! :chug:

Clicky Here for the Bock Style guide. Check out 14C DoppelBock (7.5-12%) and 14D Eisbock (8.6-14.4%).
