G'day guys just wondering if anyone has brewed the Lee Old Speckled Hen Clone off beersmith 2?? I absolutely love the English ale and would live to make a clone! Just wondering if anyone done it and if it's pretty close?

I haven't made that recipe but have brewed up something pretty similar - seemed to work out nicely. Was going to post the recipe here out of BeerSmith 2 but don't seem to be able to. Actually I might go and crack one one now!
Cheers

Yea I've made it a couple times a few years back now, I've got the recipe I used in the shed. Was a great drink from the bottle I remember, better then when u kegged it. I'll have a look tomorrow. Actually I might brew that beer next lol.
Bishops finger ( I think it's called) is another beer I was drinking at the time. Not bad to.

So your getting the grain now Kingy ? And it is even better through the hand pump or gravity poured.
Lol yea mate got a fresh wort kit from another brew shop (local) to tie me over (amarillo PA,) dusted off my mill and built a stand and hopper for it. Got the grain here to fire up the brewery on the weekend. Can't wait for the smell lol.

Love to drink a speckled hen from the pump!!
