Just thought I'd share this one with you all.

Goodies pack
500g Brown sugar
150g Dex
20g Amarillo @ flame-out.
Kit yeast. pitched @ 30 C
22litres.
Fermented at 21C
Kegged for a month, first pour tonight, result is a smooth tasting beer, good mouth feel and no bad after taste, Happy with the result. :beerbang:
