Og->fg Progression

Just a quick one ...

I've moved on to replacing my "Brewing Sugar" with a pack of mixed DME from my LHBS (basically 1/2 Light Malt, 1/4 Corn Sugar, 1/4 Dex) ... Threw it in with an ESB Wheat Kit, Saaz plug and Saf K-97.

OG was 1037.

Should I expect a fairly low FG, or just a fairly low-alcohol beer settling out with an OG still around the 1010?

Expect a FG higher than you were getting with the brewing sugar, but not a lot higher... I can't be bothered working it out, but probably around 5 points higher than before.
Make sure you wait until the reading is stable for a few days before bottling, as that is the best way to be sure that it is all finished, and to avoid bottle bombs!
