Hi All, Just thought I would make sure we all have a good heads up for this one so we can get those German lagers going. I already have my Dopelbock fermenting away, getting ready for a long lager. But dont forget about the Weizen's, though they need less preparation. And yes, I am well aware that Oktoberfest is mostly in September, but October is easier to remember, and gives us an extra month to get things ready. This one is due to be held at Oldfield Cellars, and I will get them to pick out a couple of commercial German beers for the occasion.
