Anybody ever seen this?

http://www.nzhops.co.nz/recipes/nzhoptable.htm

Was searching around on the NZ hop co site. Came across these recipes. Suppose they could be easily scaled down.

Read some of the descriptions of the styles and try and see if it's not only be that finds them a little "odd".

Well worth a look though if you haven't already.

Hi Warren,

I've looked through the recipes too, used them for comparisons of other recipes and ideas. Also used the Mild Black recipe, though scaled the OG down.

What looked good was the Honey Brown with the Munich and Sauvin. On the list to do some day

The thing I found difficult was interpreting the hop schedules. The other ingredients were easy, they had the percentages at the side, apart from adjuncts which were in a kg measurement

The most suprising thing to me was the low hopping rates for the recipes - typically around 20 IBU nark and relatively low bu:eek:g ratio from memory. Thought they would have had hop additions by the truck load ?
