G'day, all!

Gus is the name, from Sydney's Dulwich Hill.

I've been brewing on and off from tins for years, not really putting much effort into the exercise, and I've suddenly decided that home-made is what it's all about. Over the last few years I've learnt to make jams, bake bread, paté, cheese, pickles, you name it. I've also decided that I want to take my brewing much more seriously, which is why I'm here, hoping no-one will get the poos with my for asking stupid questions...

Thanks in advance for all the advice you blokes will offer, and I hope to be able to contribute something in return.

Did cans for 18 years. Then changed to all grain when found a good supplier of grain. Could not believe the difference. Such a difference. Get some books John palmer and Randy Mosher and some equipment and off you go. Beer comes out amazing.
Wish I gad started years ago.
