HI guys

I've just upgraded my pot for my brew boil and it looks like my gas burner isn't up to a rolling boil. Its only just boiling like just over a simmer and its not gonna get down to my 23 Lt mark after boil.
My question is can I just boil it a little longer or will that effect the bittering hops? Its 30grams of cascade 60 min boil can I go 90mins?

Thanks for any replies

the easiest way to fix it is to float a stainless steel bowl on top of the wort. It will increase the boil substantially.

It will become a 90 minute addition.

But the difference in bittering between a 90 minute and 60 minute addition is not subtantial
