hi all
after a few opinions on the no sparge method.
have almost recently scored a large s/s square container with an adjustable heating element in the bottom.
im considering trying the no sparge technique as it has the size/volume to do this.
when in adelaide i think jayse was doing the no sparge method but this is one part i didnt really pay attention to.
questions...does this have any advantage over sparging.
what time would you let the mash/no sparge go for.im guessing normal times 60-90 min maybe more.
cheers
