Hi.
I need some advice when it comes to no chill. As my setup allows me to brew 11l batches i would like make up to 15l. At present i use a 11l container . Also have a 15l no chill container. Can i put 11l in the 15 l container by adding 4 litres of hot water then chill or chill in the 11litre container then add 4 litres in the fermenter. By doing this i will have to make a higher gravity and IBU 11l batch.

Perfectly doable phil. I used to do something similar when I wanted to fill two 20lt kegs but only had a 30lt plastic fermenter. My method was to brew a higher gravity beer and add 15lts to keg with 5lts of boiled and cooled water.
