Just wanted to inform everyone that Gas Guyz has added 6kg Nitrogen and Nitrogen + CO2 30%, 40% & 55% mixes to our Homebrew range.

Only 6kg Homebrew cylinders can be swapped for any other 6kg Gas mix.

Can a co2 bottle be swapped for a mixed gas bottle? will the thread be the same so we can use the same regulator?

I got a co2 bottle swapped for a pure nitrogen bottle the other day - the nitrogen regulator has a type 50 attachment which means no washer is needed unlike the type 30 co2 regulator.

As beer gas - good question! As nitrogen is higher pressure I’ve read nitrogen mixes above 50% need a nitro regulator (which Kegland sells). But then again recall pubs that used to swap between pure co2 and beer gas with the same regulator!
