For the Cider lovers, check out the Blueberry Cider, Mango and Raspberry as well as Peach and Passionfruit.
These look interesting, we are hosting family Christmas this year, a keg of one of these would do nicely for the non beer drinkers that day. Any feedback on the cider kits available?

TBH we haven't heard back on any of the new ones except the peach and Passionfruit which was reported as good. have all of them in primary to try them ourselves, but won't get to taste them for about another 5 weeks.

Thanks, any feedback on the strawberry and pear one? I showed my wife the products on your website. That was her selection.

still have 20+ kg of Brooklyn hops in stock.

For those chasing pre-made recipe packs, there's another 10 or so from traditional styles like Bavarian helles, Rauchbiers, Bocks, Octoberfest and a bunch of others.

There's also another 8 or so blondes, pale ales and IPA's plus a couple of stouts being prepared at the moment.

There's some kettle soured beers including 2 x Gose and a Berliner Weisse to be finalised in the coming weeks, again, based on grainfather efficiencies and equipment profiles.

Once initial stocks are sorted, they'll be loaded up on the website. These are all tried and proven recipes, based around Grainfather development brews we've tweaked over the last 2 years on the Grainfather enduro tests.

CTZ Hops T90
Amarillo
Cluster
Nelson Sauvin (Organic Crop)
Centennial
EKG
Cascade
Chinook
Chinook Hop Hash (27.8% Alpha Acids) Hop Hash is a bunch of scrapings from the pelletizing machinery and has a super high concentration of resins / oils from the lupulin glands. Leads to lower beer loss due to the low amount of vegetal matter from the cones / pellets. Take up of the oils from dry hopping may take a bit longer due to the sticky nature of the oils. some have tried alcohol based mixes to dissolve it with limited success. we'll be trying some trials over the coming weeks to work out ways to use it.

Few other bits and pieces as well.

Short delay with a shipping mix up on strainers for crown urns, which will now arrive around Monday/Tuesday.
