Hi has anyone tried to clone the Newstead session ale. I had one on the weekend and it was great. It had quite a passion fruit note. I think it was the hops. That being said i have tried galaxy hops in a few recipes and it wasn't exactly passion fruit like. I'm also doing k&k at the moment due to time constraints. I have a good base to start from using coopers cerveza, 500g malt extract and 500g ldm. If i can put a bit of passion fruit flavour and nose in it, it would be amazing. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
