Hi guys iqm new to this and so far im enjoying having a play.
I have used the coopers mexican beer for my first brew. I done the first 7 days of fermentation in the 1st keg, then gravity drained into a second keg and let it go for another 7 days. Going by my hydrometer i have a 5.6 alcohol content. I also added a dry enzyme to the brew as i love my hahn superdry and i am wanting to try and emulate iit as good as i can.
I have bottled my brew and it is stored away waiting, its been a week now and was planning on trying one next week once the 2 weeks is up.
I found that by doing the secondary fermentation i left behind alot of settlement and even after the secondary there was also more settlement is this a good thing?

Just after a bit of feedback to make sure im on the right track. Was just going to use the basic coopers kit a couple of times before I attempt to try the asahi recipie i found online.
Regards Joshy.
