Hello, I am new to brewing and was wondering if the gunky build up on the middle of the bottle is normal. I know it happens at the top of the brew, but what about the middle. ? This is a 3 day old Apple cider brew. Thanks in advance

Sorry this is the pic that i thought was attached to my post. Do i leave it as is or do i need to stir the brew

Leave it, just yeast/trub settling out, it's normal.

A smooth walled bottle might help next time, the ridges on that one seem to gather the trub a bit.

This is my 1st experiment so these things i will learn. I have now bought a proper fermenter and will be starting a Mexican Beer soon, once i have moved into my new house. By the way what is "Trub"

Not too sure bout cider, but for beer 'trub' is pretty well just the hot/cold break and hop material.
