First brew ,Morgan larger (well bitter by the time i finished with it LOL ) kit, done and dusted not sure but I suspect it was too hot when I pitched?
So next one (put down last night) is a coopers kit with some extras added so lets see how this goes. Don't they say its not the destination its the journey that matters!? I have taking a few more notes this time so I know what I did to change if it is one way or the other!...... its going to be a steep learning curve I can just tell...
After the first bottling I am already looking at kegging LOL
I'm sure that there is enough reading on here to help me along. Down the rabbit hole we go!
