New to home brewing

Hi all,

Damien from Sydney Northern Beaches signing in.

I received a Coopers DIY home brew kit for Xmas. I put my brew together 5 days ago so I am looking forward to my first bottling in a couple of days.

I am looking forward to trying new varieties and experimenting in future brews.

Well done, make sure fermentation is complete before bottling by using a hydrometer, otherwise could end up with bombs

Welcome Damo. I'm in Seaforth, moved to AG about 8 months ago. It is a slippery slope the homebrewing gig.
