Hi I am just about to enter the world of All Grain. I have been doing extract for about 2 years or so. What would be a really good simple Pala Ale or Lager recipe for a beginner. Also does anyone here know if anyone on the Sunshine Coast sells grain?

Not quite a pale ale but Dr Smurtos Golden Ale is a simple recipe and for me has come out great every time, Usually grain to brain in 2-3 weeks (if your desperate).

About the grain, dunno about the sunny coast but Craftbrewer will post anywhere, and shouldn't be that expensive to get couriered up your way.

Happy Brewing! :icon_cheers:
