Neo Pink

i have just run about run out of No rinse sanitiser and i picked up some pink neo and i also brewiser sod met here - all be it 5 to 6 years old....

WOuld it be wise to stay with the pink neo till it runs out and get some Starsan or use the sod met instead?

I would use the pink neo, mate. Rinse it really well and then do a final rinse with a kettle boiling water if you don't have starsan (assuming you are using it for your fermenter).

I found metabisulphate to be very good for inducing asthma attacks

yeah its for the fermentor but i also have some bottles to clean as my LCBA is now in the fridge dropping to 10 degree's it should clear up even further i hope before the need to add the gelatin
