Hi everyone,

I am brand new to the BIAB method and am trying to work out my first recipe:

Mosaic Pale Ale

Could someone give some advice if I am on the right track with my recipe to achieve the final end result in the recipe.

I am aiming for around 11L batch in the fermentor, obviously I don't want to get super technical but just get it right for now.

Thanks!

I'm not using BF but you will have to go into the equipment set up and be more accurate with the numbers you put in. The numbers for pre and post boil are wrong, but you know that already.

Yeah I've been playing around with the setting but kind of gave up and have just gone with a basic assumption of the following:

Use 15L of strike water, mash 60 mins then boil for 60 mins add hops and fingers crossed I get somewhere around 11L post boil....

I'm using a 35L pot and will have adequate heat from a large gad stovetop.

Thoughts?
