for grain to brain, and they don't get anything seriously wrong which is pretty good for a doco (for example we don't get any silly things like.. here the brewers boil the barley before they add the yeast.. sort of misinformation) .
I wonder if a lady from the 'quality' department towards the end of the clip has let something slip where she says, explaining the use of nitro, that Guinness can't be served just on CO2 like other lagers. Hmmmmm.
