Made a chilli sauce with 30% Naga Bon 70% Tomatoe...bit of salt

It is addictive...and...well...Naga hot....whole mouth burn..lips tingle and numb

So yummy...its bad
 
Is it a fermented brew? Or get right asfter it in the blender??
 
Chopped and simmered for a few hours.

Got a huge Tabasco bush that im going to pick and ferment
 
Was it like chemical warfare in your house? Did you cough and splutter when you washed everything?
 
I kept the lid on. ....But every time I popped the lid my eyes and nose burned.....
