Dug out the old grain mill & motor.

that looks dangerous. What is it , a 3 phase motor ?
 
I'd like to see how you mount that.

I learned a lesson, had some unmalted wheat get stuck in the mill rollers, and while I was holding the electric drill (900W) the torsion of the drill caused entire hopper and mill assembly to tear off the bucket I was milling in to and out of my hand, then flipped up and crashed onto the floor. Happened so fast I could not react. I reckon I'll be picking up unmalted wheat grains from every nook and cranny in the room for the next 5 years... fook..

Don't worry, the mice will find it.

Good to have a good mill, mine does a 9kg grain bill in under 2 min. It has 90mm rollers with a motor similar to the size of Stu's.
