I am making my first full size (22 litres) AG tomorrow. I am excited!! (Evil Dr No laugh). Mash in at about 10 am.
Brew fridge is ready to go.
Started some yeast up (Wyeast 2007) last Thursday. It just started waking up a few hours ago and there is now a good 1cm of krausen on it. I was sweating it there for a bit.
I decided to make a Pilsner style beer. I want to make a few lagers over the next few months.
I basically got the recipe from Clone Brews.
Here it is.
