I am curious, do you have a reading, a book. or a magazine article, or a web page reference that I could read on pressurized fermenting?

Not really I just have a mate from school that was a chemist/brewer at a commercial brewery for donkeys years. I ask the questions and he gives the answers. Its been an ever improving road that I am on and I must say that my beers are getting better with every change to my process I have made.

there is some stuff online if you troll the forums etc. As always there are critics that always know something that you don't
(be that correct or incorrect info is the thing you need to decypher)

Thanks Joe, I always like to cross check information I read on the web, there are some crazy ideas hiding the gems, this just could be one of those gems worth following up. cheers
