Not really I just have a mate from school that was a chemist/brewer at a commercial brewery for donkeys years. I ask the questions and he gives the answers. there is some stuff online if you troll the forums etc. As always there are critics that always know something that you don't
(be that correct or incorrect info is the thing you need to decypher)
