Hi all,
Just wanted to share my delightful experiment, which created a really nice nut brown ale that finishes off with a nice taste and sting of Habanero.

Recipe:
500g caramel munich malt mash infused 30 mins and sparged another 30
Boiled 60 mins
Amarillo/Cascade (20g each) @45
1000g DME (medium) @20
1800g LME (Munton's Nut Brown) @15
Amarillo/Cascade (20g each) @15
Irish Moss @10
1 sliced Habanero @10

In Primary for 13 days and Secondary for 5 days with 10g of Amarillo.

OG 1.050
FG 1.010

Gave me 36 500ml bottles of awesomeness!!!
Give it a shot.

Anyone who gets Netflix should check out the film about a chile-eating contest. The people starring in it, which include one Aussie, would likely not detect the effects of one habanero in a batch of beer.
