Hello. Need some advice for no chill hop schedule. Below is schedule for normal chill.
10 g (17 IBU) — Ella 15% — Boil — 60 min

20 g (11 IBU) — Ella 15% — Boil — 5 min

50 g (14 IBU) — Ella 15% — Aroma — 15 min hopstand @ 85 °C

80 g — Ella 15% — Dry Hop — day 5


Hopstand at 85 °C
