anyone have a AG for this beer?

I thinks its very drinkable and i would love to be able to brew somthing similar mmmmmm beer

certainly do.
but its my secret.lol.
no really its very simple 100% pilsner malt and all german hallertau.
i used american 1272.
they may use a very cool ferment with 1007.

just hop to 25 ibu and add a couple oz over the last 15 mins.
mine came up very very well.

how long did you cold condition it for? treat it as a ale eg few weeks, or lager - say 6 weeks??
 
no mate drink up as soon as you like.
I am pretty sure nothing gets lagered at the goats brewery. I heard as soon as they have naturally carbonated their out the door.

Mine may have lasted 4 weeks all up but something mysteriuos happened on the 4 week and it dissapeared.

great sounds just the way to top up my ever lacking stock (4 empty kegs aHHHHHH)

I may lager it 1 week just because.... i dunno because i can :) at least it will give some what a clear beer

Yes is a good idea to do as much as you can to clear the yeast out.
If you use the 1272 it does seems to hang aroung if you don't make any effort to get rid of it.
although its ment to be more flocculant than 1056 so iam not sure what the go is.

being a very pale brew you'll want to boil the clapper out of it for 2 hours to help also.
