Pale Ale Appreciation Night...
Yep we're about to hold our first Beer Appreciation Night at the new
brewery. It's happening Wed 23 Feb at 7pm and Dave will take us deep into
the world of Pale Ales.There'll be plenty of banter, some light food and a
tasting of 6 masked pale ales. Tickets are $35 and can be pre booked thru
the Goat HQ on ph 9428-1180. Get in on it- it's good fun.

It's been a while between drinks but Cam and Dave will be hitting Sydney
with some Hightail kegs in a few weeks time for a Goat Army night. Will
keep you in the loop with more details soon..

I tasted their Hightail Ale on tap at the Spencer Hotel when I was down there in December and LOVED it.

Doesn't seem to taste the same out of the bottle up here in Sydney...

From today's Goat Army newsletter:

GOAT BOYS in SYDERS...
Dave and Cam venture north to Sydney with a pallet of kegs for a one night
Goat Army event at the Australia Hotel in the Rocks. Wed 6 April at 6pm
sharp. Well have the Hightail flowing on tap freely for the first keg and
then well be hangin around drinking and making new friends til at least
10pm. Come and say hello....

I would urge anyone who hasn't tried their Hightail on tap to try and get down there.

no affiliation etc etc( but have drunk a bit of it! )

Aah what the hell for those who don't subscribe here's the rest of it:

GOOD FRIDAY GOOD BEER...
The brewery bar will be open this Fri eve as usual. We hold free tours if
you get here at 5 on the knocker and we have the Hightail, Pale, IPA and
Surefoot Stout all on tap. Were at the corner of North ands Clark Sts,
Richmond in case you havent seen the new place yet.

BEER APPRECIATION NIGHTS...
The next one is Amber Ales and there are about 10 tickets left. Its on
Wed 30 March at 7pm. Call us quick if you want in 9428-1180. The next one
will be Wed 4 May and well be going deep into the world of India Pale
Ales.

Had their IPA at the Great britain last night, it was nothing on little creatures but a good brew nonetheless, they also had the hightail on tap. Its a bloody good pub that one.
