Morgans Dark Ale Kit - first go - recommend any dry hopping hops

Hi Has anyone tried this? (generally these kits have been pretty good I think)

Usually when I make them first time, I just make as per can so I know the bench mark,
I was thinking about chucking in some hops - has been brewing for 1 and 1/2 half, so about 3rd day I could chuck in.
Does anyone recommend any hops.
Would you recommend steeping and then chucking liquid and hops, I feel this is better for less chance of infection. Dry hopping has a chance of infection?

I have galaxy, armadillo, cascade ..maybe a few other bits and pieces..

Second kit I ever made was the Morgans Ironbark dark with a can of Morgans liquid malt extract. Turned out excellent, but very low hopped. Galaxy would go fine, maybe just 15g -just sprinkle in the pellets now and cover quickly to avoid oxidisation.

Yes, did that one myself Bribie G 5 years ago. Still have 5 bottles left and must put one in the fridge.
