Modiferm in the freezer

Quick one. I purchased some Modiferm the other day from Grain and Grape. When I got home I put all my hops in the freezer, not realising one of them was actually modiferm. It should be still good right? It's an enzyme so freezing it wouldn't do anything?

Big Maybe.
Dug up a product data sheet, recommends storing at 2-8oC but doesn't say don't freeze.
You can test it if you have a bit of Iodine handy, soak a bit of rice in water, strain, should give enough starch to show blue with Iodine.
Add a drop or two of enzyme and warm to 60oC see if the starch has been degraded.
