Hey, anyone been to the melbourne village brasserie? Used to be the belgain beer garden on st kilda road.
Good selection of craft beer?
Expensive?
Douche bag level?

Cheers

Some annoyingly loud DJing on busy Sunday afternoons but decent selection of beer in better condition than the Belgian Beer Cafe at Southbank and a little cheaper.

Food is so, so but for the lunch the pulled pork ciabatta isn't bad value for money.

Rotating taps which ocassionally have things like Green Flash, good/OK bottled range of Belgian stuff, leffe brun in good nick on tap.

Did some work in the building above a few months ago so have had quite a few after work beers there - wouldn't travel there especially but would pop in if I was in the neighbourhood.

Used to love hitting that place when it was the Belgian... I don't live on that side of town anymore, so this is all news to me.

Holgate is launching the new beer there tonight. That should give you a reason to head down there!
