Mashing Demo

Evening all
For anyone in Sydney,we will be holding a mash demo at the shop this Sunday, December14th.we normally kick off at around 10 am so feel free to stick your head in & say Gday.Unfortunately we have run into a few problems with our next order of Barley Crusher Malt Mills.Due to delays in freighting mills from the USA to Australia, the delivery we were expecting to arrive in the shop on or around the 18th of December2003 will not arrive until the end of January 2004. We expect to be receiving one delivery per month from January to keep up with demand. I am very sorry if this causes problems .

sounds great,
awsome way to learn if you are thinking of getting into mashing. i found its a lot different from reading about it in the books to actually watching it done right in front of you, where you can ask questions and get answers right then and there
